By accessing the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the service.

- “Trial Period”: A free, 30-day access to the service that starts once the service is provided. After this period, your access will end automatically, and you are required to stop using the service and erase all related data from your systems.
- “Service”: Includes all information, tools, and software provided by Turnleaf Analytics, whether delivered digitally or in a physical form. This also covers any third-party content included in the service. Turnleaf Analytics retains the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any part of the service at its discretion.
- “You(r)”: Refers to the individual accessing the service and the entity you represent, which is authorized to use the service.
Limited License
As long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions, Turnleaf Analytics grants you a temporary, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the service for internal evaluation purposes during the trial. The login details provided are strictly for your use and must not be shared. You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement, and any attempt to do so will be void. This agreement represents the full and final understanding between us, overriding any previous discussions or agreements.
Ownership
You are not allowed to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service. Additionally, you cannot copy, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise make the service available to anyone else. Any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices within the service must remain intact. Ownership and all intellectual property rights related to the service remain exclusively with Turnleaf Analytics (or its third-party providers, as mentioned in these terms). Any rights not explicitly granted to you are reserved by Turnleaf Analytics.
Confidentiality
The service and these Terms and Conditions are confidential. You must treat them as such and take appropriate measures to protect them. Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information safe, not sharing it with third parties or using it beyond the scope of this trial. If there is a breach of confidentiality, monetary compensation may not be sufficient, and the affected party may seek court orders to prevent further breaches.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is,” without any guarantees. Turnleaf Analytics, its affiliates, and any third-party providers are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the service. They make no promises about the service’s performance or results, and all implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. You agree that Turnleaf Analytics, its affiliates, and third-party providers will not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, that result from your use of the service.
Third-Party Providers
Some of the data and information in the service may come from third-party providers, who hold proprietary rights over this content. Your use of this data is subject to agreements between Turnleaf Analytics and these providers, as well as any restrictions they impose. You agree to follow these restrictions and may need to enter into a separate agreement with Turnleaf Analytics or the third-party provider to access this data. Turnleaf Analytics may disclose your identity to these providers if required under their agreements. If you access the service through a third-party provider, Turnleaf Analytics is not responsible for the service’s delivery, and you must ensure that your use complies with these Terms and Conditions.
No Professional Advice
The service is designed for professional use and should not be interpreted as financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. It is not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instruments or investments. You must not use the service to provide unauthorized advice, promotions, or alerts to clients or third parties. Turnleaf Analytics does not solicit the purchase or sale of securities or investments through the service.
Violation of Terms
If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your license to use the service is immediately revoked. Turnleaf Analytics reserves the right to terminate your access to the service and seek compensation for any unauthorized use. Additionally, you must compensate Turnleaf Analytics and its affiliates for any losses, including legal fees, resulting from your breach of these terms.
General Provisions
Turnleaf Analytics may suspend or terminate this agreement and withdraw the service if necessary to comply with legal requirements, if the service is claimed to infringe on third-party rights, or if the data used in the service is deemed unsatisfactory.
The service was developed privately, remains the exclusive property of Turnleaf Analytics, and is protected as a trade secret under applicable laws. You agree to comply with all relevant export control and sanctions laws and not to export the service without Turnleaf Analytics’ permission. Provisions regarding Ownership, Confidentiality, Disclaimer, No Professional Advice, and Violation of Terms will remain in effect even after this agreement ends.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
